The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Site Coordinator to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting management with managing administrative and associate tasks.

This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd thru March 22nd with typical shift availability needed from 9am - 5pm.

What will you do?

  • Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the venue

  • Assist and inform guests on how to properly utilize the self-service kiosks

  • Support other concessions and catering team members in need of guidance on the point-of-sale system

  • Partner with the Office Manager for team member check-ins across departments at the venue

  • Ensure team members and volunteers arriving at check-in have signed in and are aware of their assigned location and responsibilities.

  • Schedule and post team members schedules in UKG/SHIFT

  • Assist with mass communications about events

  • Coordinate arrival times for volunteers check staffing levels at locations

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Available to work Spring Training events/games

  • Experience as a training administrator or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus

  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
