This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and directing the Community Services Program for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific region of Pennsylvania, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively. The RPM is tasked with extensive leadership responsibilities, including advising executive staff, participating in decision-making processes, and managing various aspects of program quality, risk management, and compliance to regulations. Additionally, the RPM is involved in shaping and implementing policies, providing supervision and mentoring to regional staff, and addressing issues related to incidents, audits, and community placements. Furthermore, the RPM is required to make critical decisions on funding oversight, policy approval, and responses to legislative inquiries, showcasing their influence in shaping the direction and success of the Office of Developmental Programs in their assigned region.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You are required to report to the office in Scranton one (1) day per month and travel within the commonwealth as needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six years of professional experience providing, developing, or evaluating human services programs to individuals with intellectual disabilities, which includes two years in a supervisory capacity; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training, which includes two years of professional supervisory experience serving the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
