Pay, benefits and more:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, occasional Fridays

This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions
Use various measuring and inspection instruments, power tools, and hand tools in a safe manner
Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality standards
Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department
Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner
Follow directions and be adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
Collaborate and support other members of the company
Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
Demonstrate the company’s core values and comply with all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Production Technician Associates are required to:
Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner
Perform work in a manufacturing environment and work outside, if necessary
Perform fine manipulations of parts with fingers
Safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel in strained and awkward positions for prolonged periods
Lift up to 50 pounds
Use both close vision and depth perception
