We are seeking a Billing Specialist to efficiently manage and process all service calls for our Eastside Service area. The ideal candidate will be adept at using their customer support skills to address disputes, billing inquiries and account reconciliation. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date cost details across all departments of MMFS. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Create and submit invoices to customers through proper channels with their specific requirements in mind Create a weekly work in progress report and process a high volume of service calls in a timely manner Work closely with the area operations managers and foreman to ensure invoices are closed with correct costs and details Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills quickly and efficiently to invoice as much as possible each month Keep up to date records of billing instructions and contacts Maintain multiple email accounts and keep them up to up to date Follow up with both the customer and internal partners to resolve billing issues on a weekly basis Provide excellent customer service and financial support to both Service and our other business units The Billing Specialist role reports to Stephanie Boone/ Demand Billing Supervisor on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business.
