Your Role as an RV Service Technician

In this role, you’ll be the expert responsible for maintaining and repairing luxurious Airstream travel trailers and touring coaches. From diagnosing issues to performing pre-delivery inspections, you’ll ensure that every detail meets industry standards and exceeds guest expectations. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your skills through ongoing education and vendor training, making this a dynamic and rewarding career.

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled Trade Experience: Whether you’ve worked as an auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician, your skills are valuable here. RV experience is a big plus!

• RV Technician Experience: Knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) is essential.

• Problem-Solving Ability: We need someone who can diagnose and repair issues with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

• Basic Computer Skills: You’ll need to log into systems, communicate via email, and enter database information.

• Physical Fitness: This job requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, kneeling, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician

• Dealership Experience

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable record.
