The Opportunity Adobe seeks a highly motivated Machine Learning researcher to enhance customer experiences through AI and generative technologies. This presents an exciting internship opportunity within the Adobe Digital Imaging applied research organization in Seattle. You'll collaborate with a team of accomplished researchers, boasting decades of publication records and credited with pioneering technologies featured in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and Illustrator. From the inception of research to product integration, you'll play a pivotal role focused on generative AI. Join us in reshaping the future of generative AI and customer experiences at Adobe! All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. What You'll Do Foster collaboration on projects across various teams. Engage in regular meetings with mentors and collaborators to ensure progress updates. Dedicate efforts to achieving results-oriented research goals, identifying, and celebrating intermediate milestones. Strive for the publication of research findings. Contribute to research with practical applications for Adobe products. What You Need to Succeed Currently enrolled full-time in a Ph.D. program in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field. In the final stages of completing your Ph.D. A minimum of 3 years of experience in deep learning, generative models, and image synthesis. A strong publication track record. Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating research to both peers and the public. Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams. Proficiency in Python and typical machine learning development toolkits. Availability for a full-time internship from May to September. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
