As a Data Insights Analyst, you are responsible for building data models, crafting intuitive visuals, and providing analysis that helps Blue Origin build a road to the Moon. Within the Lunar Business Operations organization, we build relationships with many stakeholders from program budget owners to technical design teams across the design, build, and operate lifecycle. Our team accelerates program operations and strengthens the value of analytics in modern aerospace. We are looking for someone to apply technical expertise, customer skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. A successful candidate will be: A creative and persistent problem solver Energized by helping solve stakeholder needs through data Passionate about untangling business process inputs and outputs Excellent at building rapport and communicating regularly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work closely with program stakeholders to provide data and metrics Craft dashboards and data reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel Communicate and educate on available datasets and reports Help program stakeholders prepare for metrics reviews Write SQL queries that satisfy data reporting needs Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years working with SQL, Python, and/or Databricks Passion For Our Mission: Millions of people living and working in space! Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau / PowerBI / QuickSight) Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired Qualifications: Comfortable navigating Excel PowerQuery and formulas Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365 Experience working with customers to gather requirements and present data Experience navigating complex and hierarchical data structures Familiar with project / program management (e.g. PMBOK, Agile, EVM) Domain knowledge in engineering, supply chain, and/or manufacturing Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $77,670.00-$108,738.00 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
