Job Title: Architectural Construction Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Program Manager to support the development and implementation of design standards across multiple North America Fulfilment Center building programs. This virtual role will involve occasional domestic travel to construction sites.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement technical design standards and templates.
Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from relatively small renovations to large-sized ($100M+) new facilities
Serve as the primary Architectural Subject Matter Expert (SME) for design reviews.
Review, organize, and distribute technical bulletins to pre-construction and construction management teams.
Participate in workshops to align on key issues, design practices, and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to increase design efficiency and standardization.
Coordinate design development with third-party architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure incorporation of innovative sustainability targets in project designs.
Essential Skills

Ability to explain technical design content to non-technical team members.
Effective presentation skills for senior leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture.
Architectural license (RA or AIA) registration preferred.
10+ years of project management experience in complex commercial projects.
Industrial experience preferred.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and ACC BIM portals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.50
