Duties: Analyze the client and investment management lifecycle, including client contracting and onboarding, portfolio management, trading, compliance, trade settlement, business operational workflows and overall reporting platforms to design the best solutions. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application design, system development, testing, implementation and production support. Create technical design documents to describe the planned solution and the upstream and downstream dependencies. Leverage and learn core technologies designed in-house to scale solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and three (3) years of experience as an Analyst, Application Engineer; Systems Engineer; or a related role. Three (3) years of experience with: Programming using Sybase, Java, Python, Cassandra, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, UNIX, multi-threading, and methodologies including test driven development and object oriented design and programming; Utilizing Agile development methodologies; and Creational, structural, and behavioral design patterns. Two (2) years of experience with: Using SQL and PL/SQLs including Triggers, Functions, and Stored Procedures; Restful APIs and gRPC; C# and .Net frameworks; Javascript, React, Typescript, Jest, and Redux; Java based microservices; and Azure DevOps.
