We prefer applicants who are close to our offices. Strong applicants who are outside of the office radius will be considered as well. This position is 5 days a week. The program hours are between 7am - 8pm PST. Applicants could be expected to work a couple of earlier and/or later with variable shifts. Role Overview: As an Autism Coordinator Manager reporting to the Sr. Steward on the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) team, you will be the direct leader for a team of Autism Coordinators. Our managers are hands on working leaders who have a passion for service excellence and possess a blend of skills including but not limited to: • Development and mentorship of your direct team members • Operational Process Execution • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Inter-Personal skills • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving • Being Change Agile in rapidly growing team A day in the life... • Direct Supervision for a team of 10-12 Autism Coordinators • Act as a Subject matter expert on the Autism Coordinator role, supporting questions from the larger ACD team • Be a champion and role model of Accolade culture • Proactive approach towards improving operational quality, efficiency, and scale. • Shared ownership in achieving program performance targets • Participation in the recruitment process • Drive a world class beneficiary experience Deliver Operational Service Excellence and Execution: • Ownership in achieving all operational program SLA's and goals • Lead by example and promote an atmosphere consistent with our Accolade culture • Motivational leadership, with a passion for assisting team members to achieve their professional and personal goals • Foster a team environment that promotes transparency, accountability, and trust • Effectively balance the workload of your team members.
