Robert Half is searching for a Business Analyst who can support a consulting company based in Seattle, WA. This Business Analyst will support large-scale projects assisting in Time & Labor Management App Rationalization. This position is a Hybrid opportunity that is a long-term contract (12 months). Pay Rate: $60-$65/HR

Start Date: December 2024

Duration: 12 month contract

Work Location: Seattle, WA (must be onsite 1-2 days a week)

Job Duties:

• Evaluate features, functionality and data architecture of multiple custom developed payroll systems; provide analysis and recommendation on potential consolidation opportunities and/or implementation of a new vendor depending on results.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct detailed analysis of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.

• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Support the testing process by validating that solutions meet the identified requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.

• Monitor project progress and deliver updates to stakeholders, addressing risks and issues promptly.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

• Knowledgeable in application and data consolidation with payroll systems or 3rd party systems.

• Experienced in gathering requirements and stakeholder engagement

• Nice to have: Experienced in standing up Payroll Systems
