Job Summary Responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to identify application service level agreements (SLA). This role will track service level performance, identify issues, and work with IT, BCDR, and ePMO to remediate. The Systems Availability Analyst works closely with IT change control to establish and uphold application maintenance windows that support business requirements. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience U.S. Citizenship Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation. Proven experience administering enterprise wide applications to include defining and supporting business application Service Level Agreements Proven experience with IT change management Experience in technical writing and methodology Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences Preferred: ITIL certification Usage of IT monitoring tools Key Responsibilities Inventory organizational applications and work with stakeholders to identify service level expectations for critical applications. Identify appropriate maintenance windows for each application and work closely with IT Change Management team to ensure adherence to pre-planned maintenance windows. Identify where SLAs are at risk or are not being met. Collaborate with IT, operations, and BCDR team to investigate root causes of downtime and develop strategies to improve systems availability. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide insights on system availability metrics. Contribute to the development and implementation of proactive measures to prevent system downtime and improve overall system reliability. Perform other duties as assigned.
