Apple’s WW Beats team is looking for a dynamic leader to accelerate the growth of Beats in the global audio market, focusing on digital execution, account development and global activations. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a proven history of cultivating partnerships and driving revenue. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Beats by aligning business objectives with innovative strategies that enhance market share and brand visibility. Your focus will include optimizing digital touchpoints, building scalable marketing programs to drive customer conversion, enhancing the overall customer journey, and implementing tactics that attract and engage consumers with the brand.

Description

  • Critical Process Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of internal business process as well as external digital CX and customer buy flows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. - Strategic Leadership: Coordinate comprehensive worldwide business plans in collaboration with key partners that align with Beats’ objectives, enhancing brand visibility and market impact. - Implementation Plan: Implement strategic improvements to streamline the conversion journey while ensuring a smooth customer experience that drives sales growth. - Digital Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of innovative digital strategies by applying advanced data analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital touchpoints. Focus on tactics that enhance customer conversion and engagement, including effective promotions and streamlined purchasing processes. - Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies and partnership initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. - Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary representative for Beats in internal and external meetings, clearly articulating the brand’s value proposition and strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate with partners to champion product offerings and promotional activities that enhance sales and resonate with customers. - Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team environment by motivating members to meet short-term goals while supporting a long-term strategic vision. Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional development. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with geo leads, marketing, sales, finance, forecasting and operations teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall company objectives. Drive cohesive execution of go-to-market initiatives across all channels for a unified brand experience.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience: 15+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the consumer electronics or audio industry.
    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of cultivating strategic partnerships that drive sales in a digital-first environment.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Keynote.
    • Digital Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including e-commerce trends and consumer behavior in the audio industry. Ability to stay ahead of market developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of digital initiatives.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to influence and engage partners at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
