Job Description

As a Civil Engineer or Project Design Manager they will manage a few different projects, be main POC for new sit development projects for the team. Look for the person on the team and meet with the team members. New sites - conceptual planning

* No drafting or design

* Oversee a vendor doing civil design

* Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Structural Day to Day activities

* Due diligence/early project planning

* No designing at all, in charge of creating and approving the right layouts and big picture engineer rather than designer work.

PR - open to 70hr-110hr

Skills and Requirements

* 7+ Years of Experience as a Civil Engineer and experience with the following engineering practices: Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Structural

* PE License

* Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including Local and international standards.

* Professional experience within civil design within commercial, mission critical, large warehouses, data centers, and/or industrial sites

o Doesn't have to be data center - complex industrial facilities (mission critical, semiconductor, refineries) AutoCAD
