We are seeking a Client Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in managing and supporting both Windows and Mac devices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SCCM Co-Management, JAMF/Intune, and other key tools to ensure effective device management, deployment, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SCCM Co-Management for efficient device deployment and management.
• Utilize JAMF and Intune to configure and manage Mac devices and Windows PCs.
• Use MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) for the automated deployment of Windows devices.
• Handle Bitlocker encryption management to ensure security compliance on devices.
• Provide ongoing support for Windows PCs and ensure their performance and security.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of current experience with:
• SCCM Co-Management
• JAMF/Intune
• Mac device management
• MDT
• Bitlocker encryption and management
• Windows PCs support and administration

Position Details:

• 100% Remote supporting a Seattle Based Enterprise Healthcare facility
• Standard weekday working hours
• 1-year contract
