Assist in the organization, implementation, and completion of clinical research studies in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, institutional/ departmental guidelines, standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and within budget. Create, collect, and review study-related documents. Assist in the development and management of systems and procedures to allow tracking of study progress and completion of study activities. Assess, initiate, manage, monitor, and close clinical sites. Perform in-house and on-site data monitoring.

This exciting opportunity is for a travel-based CRA working on multisite trials in the PLAT program of Seattle Children's Therapeutics. Position requires the ability to perform frequent hybrid onsite and remote monitoring visits, in addition to contributing to interdepartmental collaboration and process improvements. Must be willing to travel to clinical research sites on cadence determined by Manager, Clinical Trials Management in conjunction with study-specific Monitoring Plan.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a biological science, health-related field, or equivalent job experience.

• At least two (2) years of related experience, including at least one (1) year of experience as a clinical research associate.

• Experience monitoring and managing multiple studies.

• Experience reviewing clinical trial materials and reports.

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and electronic data capture (EDC) software.

Preferred:

• Clinical Research Associate certification.

Compensation Range

$84,074.00 - $126,110.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
