Qualifications
Our client operates in a fast-moving, ever-changing, global environment in which strategic thought leadership, operational acumen and a bias for action are critical. As such, the successful candidate for the position of Senior Director is an intelligent and high-impact executive with a strong record of success in building high-growth, global professional services businesses.
Required:
The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of exceptional consulting and operational experience with a top management consulting firm possessing the ability to move seamlessly between solving tough, strategic, growth and innovation problems for clients while also building new, profitable and sustainable relationships with major corporations.
Expert-level knowledge of the healthcare provider industry is preferred, including experience working with diverse provider organizations such as Hospital Systems, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks, Physician Practices/Groups, etc.
The successful candidate will be known for rapidly establishing credibility with prospects, clients and colleagues and working in an “egoless” manner, obsessed with results.
They will be an expansive thinker and outstanding communicator who has the gravitas, intellectual curiosity, conceptual and interpersonal skills to create trust-based, advisory relationships with “C” level executives and to retain these relationships over the long term.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader and consummate professional who naturally excites prospects, clients and top talent with the quality of their intellect and the power of their ideas. They will, in essence, be an entrepreneurial, proactive, dynamic, incisive and results-oriented business builder who possesses the following:
Business Leadership Skills: Strong, team-oriented leadership skills honed through significant experience with senior corporate executives. Able to frame and confront issues and make tough decisions. Self-directed with strong initiative. Leverages a broad business background with an ability to fit together marketing, financial, systems and operational management issues.
Conceptual, Strategic and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to integrate diverse information, apply flexible global concepts and think strategically using large scale data and analytics. Strong quantitative and business analysis acumen. Effective in making high quality decisions and taking decisive action.
Business Development Skills : Possesses exceptional business development skills with the ability to quickly become an essential “reason to believe” in Innosight. Demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to top corporate managements with a proven track record of initiating and strengthening large-scale, complex global client relationships that span multiple senior decision-makers and constituencies. Proven success and ability to generate significant revenues from both new and existing clients.
Communication Skills: Exceptionally strong communicator equally adept at communications strategy and execution, with the ability to craft a full range of crystal clear, high-impact communications (e.g., proposals, presentations, workshops). Particularly skilled at coaching teams on how to visualize complex information and insights. Able to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
Influencing and Interpersonal Skills: Able to establish and build close working relationships with clients, prospects and staff within Innosight. Strong personal credibility and counseling skills. Team-oriented planner and decision-maker. Able to creatively drive consensus.
Talent Development Skills: Ability to attract, evaluate, coach and advance talented people to build an effective organization. Values diversity in the workforce and has a proven track record of providing development opportunities for all people. Possesses a strong need to be part of a winning team and to help drive the future of what will become a renowned organization.

Travel and Home Office : Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%) is required and living location can be anywhere within the contiguous 48 states and near a major airport.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $225,000 - $250,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $337,500 - $375,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
