Description

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the creative process of our project from conception through completion. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in managing creative projects along with keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for producing innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative team.

• Lead and direct the design and production of project materials.

• Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all team members are aware of and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales departments to achieve project objectives.

• Evaluate and monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to hit desired benchmarks.

• Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.

• Track all project costs to ensure budget compliance.

• Organize, coordinate, and manage the creative team and provide constructive feedback.

• Innovate and foster positive team performance through effective leadership.

  Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management in a creative environment.

• Proven experience overseeing a creative project from conception to delivery.

• Excellent understanding of the creative process and techniques used in the production of marketing materials.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software, like Trello, Asana, or similar.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
