Providence is calling a Design Construction Manager, Infrastructure who will: Be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure upgrade projects Be knowledgeable and have experience working on MEP Systems Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules. Be responsible for the day to day management of capital projects ranging in scope and complexity Be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of capital projects Be responsible for the leadership of contractors and vendors and ensuring that these parties embrace our Mission and Core Values and deliver the project as contracted Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is an onsite position supporting a variety of sites throughout the Puget Sound Region This role requires for you to be located in the Puget Sound Region within Washington State Work Week: Monday - Friday Work Shift: Day Weekends: This role will require flexibility to work weekends on occasion as defined by manager / departmental needs This role will require for you to travel onsite throughout a defined region / territory frequently as defined by manager and departmental needs Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 6+ years of experience in construction management 3+ years of experience in healthcare construction management Proven experience with land use practices and procedures across a diverse geographic portfolio Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
