Cognizant Technology Solutions Endpoint Deployment Engineer (onsite) in Seattle, Washington

Endpoint Deployment Engineer Location: Seattle - WA USA, (onsite) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Deployment Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Client OS Patching Admin, Mobile Device Management, Device Management, Intune OS, Imaging - MS MDT Desktop Management - MECM. This role requires domain expertise in the Airlines industry. The position is onsite with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities and Qualifications: * Having working Knowledge with MECM Implementation and MECM application Deployment * Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications, updates, and security patches across Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets using MECM and Intune * Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MECM and Intune components * Manage Windows client images, application packaging, and scripting for both On-premises and Intune based Devices * Monitor system performance and ensure the MECM and Intune environments are running efficiently * Hands on experience on patching and troubleshooting non-compliant devices enrolled with Intune * Periodical health checks of MECM environment and site backup. * Provide operational support and troubleshooting of system infrastructures. CMG and Tenant Attach * Handling MECM Client installations and uninstallations and troubleshooting various issues on MECM Client followed by Intune managed devices. * Maintaining MECM Reporting console and checking the console reflections. * Experience on Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)/SOC * Understanding of Intune application staging and App deployment Toolkit * Establishes, maintains and manages Windows environment. Installs, modifies and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems * Provides server support related to other software. *Applications will be accepted until 1/6/25 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is [$99,000 to $133,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
