We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and complete estimates for projects while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of trade means and methods, as well as the ability to convey the narrative behind each estimate. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Accurate & Complete Estimate Development Deliver detailed estimates that fully capture the project's scope. Thoroughly review plans, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure precision and completeness. Conduct site visits as needed to gather critical data and assess project requirements. Effective Collaboration & Communication Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather insights for accurate estimates. Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations. Confidently present estimates to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns. Develop & Apply Business Knowledge Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance estimating practices.
