If so, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Technology Business Analyst to bring their leadership and expertise to support the event technology strategy of the Amazon Travel and Events program. The individual in this role will be the owner of system output and data flow integration for Amazon Travel and Events suite of meetings and events (M&E) related technology. As we embark on a transformative journey over the next 3 to 5 years, our solutions will flex and respond to the changing needs of our program, the M&E team and our customers, therefore this role provides opportunities for innovation and creativity for data visualization and architecture. The position will provide essential bridges between the M&E global service delivery, operations and business strategy leads and our data team. It ensures the technology that supports our SMM program, and service delivery functions, are receiving valuable and accurate data to drive decision making and day to day activity to make the program successful. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the output of Amazon Travel and Events M&E technology solutions, including data reporting & analytics and data flow system architecture. Lead data and system integration projects and day to day maintenance. Work creatively with Event Technology Specialist to ensure M&E Technology systems are configured in the correct way to pull optimal reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for M&E technology data within Amazon Travel and Events and wider Amazon teams. Collaborate with external teams to integrate and analyze datasets beyond M&E systems the serve the needs of stakeholders. Generate visually clear analytics and reports with supporting call outs and narratives to inform strategic decisions for M&E and Amazon teams globally. Ensure a precise definition and drivers behind stakeholders' objectives to deliver relevant analyses. Be forward thinking and creative to solve for frequent and anticipated requests using the array of tools available to us at Amazon Support continuous improvement of M&E program future strategy and current status by driving system integrations that improve data visualization processes. Prioritize stakeholders' key asks and align data visualizations accordingly. Partner and collaborate cross functionally and cross divisions with internal GREF and FinOps Orgs to ensure our integrated platforms are exchanging data correctly and with purpose Basic Qualifications 5+ years working with data and/or systems analytics Proven attention to detail, ability to detect data errors and troubleshoot before delivering to stakeholders Strong understanding, and daily use of, Excel and visualization tools such as Tableaux or power BI Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast paced environment Communication and business-to-technical interpretation skills Knowledge of technical and data flow architectures Strong storey- tellin
