The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) role is to provide pre and post sales technical consultation on the integration of Promethean's hardware and software product suite. The role assists the sales teams with high level pre-sales support, presentations, and demonstrations. The FSE establishes and relationships with customers and potential customers to support successful implementations of the Promethean solution. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales support to sales teams through presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagements Raise awareness in assigned accounts about the Promethean solution Provide ongoing support and consultation to Promethean customers and build long term relationships securing hardware, software, and service sales Interact with Sales Managers and Field Sales Managers to maintain communication on assigned accounts and provide a high level of pre-sales support Support and educate customer base with panel implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs Test product and release builds to provide feedback for designated channels Job Skills and Qualifications: Must live in one of the following states: CO, WA, OR, AZ or CA Must be within 30 minutes of a major airport Travel required (up to 50%) 4 Year college degree preferred 5 Years experience in large network deployments Technical aptitude to demonstrate and explain new technologies to school districts Experience with wireless infrastructure in Enterprise level deployments Familiar with mobile device management solutions Experience with google management console Experience with Promethean or similar interactive technology products High customer satisfaction Strong background and experience in managing a large wireless environment in K-12 School District or similar environment Expertise in dealing with Android based networking solutions Microsoft network experience Team player works well with internal resources and business partners in assigned territory Excellent verbal, presentation and written language skills required for customer face-to-face interaction and follow-up communications Base Range: $93,000 - $120,000 + Commission Eligible For business reasons, Promethean does not employ individuals who work remotely in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.
