Blue Origin LLC Financial Analyst II - Lunar Permanance in Seattle, Washington

As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, engineers, and program managers, you will join in development of one of our space vehicles as a member of the Lunar Permanence Programs Finance team. We're looking for someone with a passion for the pursuit of safe and repeatable spaceflight as you work daily with key stakeholders within the program and finance teams. You'll drive analysis, process improvement, and reporting to contribute towards financial and programmatic decisions that directly impact the history of space exploration! This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. Job Responsibilities: Develop operating and financial metrics to drive financial performance Support annual and multi-year financial planning activities Analyze and report on financial results Support cost accounting frameworks and processes Support program-level financial risk and opportunity management process Provide project, portfolio, and process management support Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in ERP tools, financial and operational databases, and accounting software Advanced Excel financial modeling skills SQL programming skills Excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and prioritize effectively Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills High levels of integrity, ethics, and judgment Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM fields 2+ years of directly related experience Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
