Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding an Account Executive to join our growing Fire Protection division in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will acquire new customer bases and nurture existing customer bases. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Build new customer relationships through sound business development practices. Nurture existing customer base. Secure contracts by leveraging new and existing customer relationships. Foster clear communication between the customers and the department support team. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems required. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience required. Experience with Fire Protection systems preferred. Two (2) years of experience leading and closing sales required; experience within the construction industry highly desired. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals and estimates required. Knowledge of conceptual estimating preferred. Washington State ITT, Nicet Level II or greater in Inspections, testing and Maintenance preferred. The pay range for this position is $68,310- $114,500 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
