What We DoWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for the executing the organization's HR initiatives by developing and implementing impactful action plans in response to the cyclical nature of our business. This role works closely in collaboration with our business partners and our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage the full suite of resources to support the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and make recommendations toward the continuous improvement. What You'll Do Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Assist in the development and delivery of talent development programs through talent and succession planning. Partner with COEs to identify leadership development needs and create tailored solutions. Analyze HR data related to employee metrics, extract insights and provide recommendations to enhance HR strategies and practices. Leverage employee survey feedback, exit and onboarding survey data to consult with business partners and implement strategies. Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures. Create and deliver compelling presentations for various HR initiatives and programs. Communicate complex data and ideas in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, project management, performance management, or a related area. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in HR software and data management tools (e.g., HRIS, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with COEs or in a matrixed organization is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Personal Attributes: Highly organized and detail oriented. Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement. Pay Range: $75,375 - $125,600 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
