Responsibilities: Collaborate with company leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools including but not limited to: direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, college recruitment, and social media outreach. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various engineering and administrative positions. Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate position requirements and company culture. Maintain timely recruitment processes to ensure opportunities for candidate experience. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Conduct pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and background investigations in compliance with company policy and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with talent acquisition best practices as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support HR policies and employee retention programs. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 to 10 years Human Resources experience with a focus in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the A&E industry. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while consistently delivering quality work products and improving processes. Ability to work independently and a collaborative team player. Has customer service-oriented mindset and proactive in problem-solving. Handles sensitive information in a discreet manner.
