Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Seattle, Washington. This role is primarily focused on handling various HR related functions such as processing applications, onboarding new hires, managing payroll, and maintaining benefits in a systematic and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the hiring process smoothly, from receiving applications to getting the new hires acquainted with the property

• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the HR department

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient management of HR processes

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll

• Oversee onboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires

• Maintain and manage benefit functions to meet employee needs

• Manage and maintain accurate records of timecards for all employees. Requirements • Proven experience as a HR Generalist

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is essential

• Demonstrable experience with HR processes and best practices

• Strong knowledge of hiring processes including screening, interviewing, and selection

• Proficient understanding of benefit functions and administration

• Familiarity with conducting employee onboarding procedures

• Experience with payroll processing is required

• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
