The Lead Receptionist is responsible for leading the workflow of Epiq services at the designated client location. They will work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office. Provide White Glove customer service and is responsible for taking care of all visitors, client meetings and events at a client location. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.

 

Responsibilities

Work independently on front desk assignments and events coordination tasks without direct supervision

Ensure all tasks and events have been properly completed and quality checked

Work to resolve work issues or complaints

Assist management with training new hires on all processes

Other duties may include reception desk, events coordination and hospitality services

Serves as the principal liaison between the employees and the Client

Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service

Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation

Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact

Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client

Recruits and interviews potential candidates for available positions at the site

Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site

Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime

 

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in conference services, hospitality, reception desk and front office services

Ability to lead others in a professional manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 22.15 to 29.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
