Job Description, Requirements, Pay Range and Total Rewards Package:

GLP Attorneys, P.S., Inc., seeks a Legal Assistant or Senior Legal Assistant to join our team. Upon successful completion of onboarding and training, this position may be considered for a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days/week). The physical office is located in Seattle.    

Your role as a Legal Assistant or Senior Legal Assistant encompasses a wide range of tasks. You'll set up new client files, communicate with various parties, manage medical bill payments, address client queries, conduct client reviews, handle client correspondence, manage case records, assist in PIP claims, and ensure account balances are accurate, among other tasks.  Your contributions significantly impact outstanding results for our clients.  

In this position, you will:

Work closely with your legal team(s), which consists of an Attorney and a Paralegal. 

Legal Assistants are responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and operational support to assist their assigned legal team(s) in effectively and efficiently carrying out managing their cases.
