Responsibilities
Join us at the Bailey-Boushay House, a nationally recognized model for HIV care. Bailey-Boushay House opened in 1992 as America's first skilled nursing facility that was planned, funded, built and staffed to meet the needs of people living with AIDS. Virginia Mason — a nationally-recognized health care provider — has operated Bailey-Boushay House since the day they opened, ensuring those who come here receive the highest quality care available.
This is a full time LPN Outpatient clinic position and does include working some weekends. We are offering up to 10K sign on bonus for this full time position. Our clinic operates 7 days per week and nurses rotate working every other weekend. We offer flexible schedules and hours.
We have the followingn shifts available:
7:30am-4pm (8 hour shifts)
7:30am-8pm (12 hour shifts)
We offer an evenshift differential 3pm-8pm + $2.00 more per hour
Weekend differential +$2.25 more per hour
We also offer a generous relocation bonus. Up to $25,000 in Education Loan Forgiveness for qualifying loans

This position provides direct patient care and acts as a liaison and advocate for clinic providers, patients, and the organization under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
This position requires the ability to triage and assess patients; strong interpersonal skills; a basic knowledge of nursing; the ability to solve problems; excellent technical skills; physical stamina; time management skills; excellent communication skills.
Experience in an ambulatory care setting; the ability to be multi-task oriented; the ability to work at a fast pace; and the ability to operate as a member of a team.
A current Washington State Practical Nursing License is required for this position.
