Blue Origin LLC Lunar Permanence Admin Coordinator III in Seattle, Washington

This role is part of the Lunar Transportation business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: General admin support for the business operations teams and the Lunar team based in Renton, WA. Lunar Quarterly Awards: Managing the Lunar Awards process from start to finish. Maintaining the nominations, selection process, the records of previous winners, and both associated Wiki pages. Coordinating the logistics of the awards with the 3D printing person, as well as a Lunar CAD User to assist with any modifications or files. Handling the entirety of the distribution process both in Kent/Renton and shipping to winners. Provide support for orientation focal for new staff, new grad rotation, and interns. Support business rhythm meeting preparation as assigned. Monitor Controlled Unclassified Information access. Coordinate conference attendance and international travel requests. Process expense reports for assigned senior staff. Qualifications: Proven ability to balance multiple tasks end to end with varying deadlines while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable. 5+ years of supporting business rhythm meeting preparation. Ability to provide support to the team for the strategic initiatives and development of best practices at the department level. Detailed oriented in providing frequent updates to tasks as well as coordinating their own tasks. Independently able to manage situational constraints and proactively resolves issues with little oversight. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: Adept at building and leveraging networks across organizations to enable their team and leader's work. Experience working in an integrated product team and working cross-functionally towards program goals. Experience in supporting and or familiarity of govt contracting.
