Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the building's facilities. Your duties will include carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage and repair building equipment, and respond to emergency issues outside of normal working hours. Additionally, you will coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, maintain detailed logs for budgeting, implement preventive maintenance measures, and collaborate with the management team to prioritize projects. You will also stay updated with the latest practices in building maintenance.

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Washington.

Work Environment

The work schedule includes 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with on-call duties, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed.
