Providence St. Joseph Health Manager Staffing Coordination in Seattle, Washington

Description The Manager of Staffing Coordination oversees Providence Mount St. Vincent's nursing staff scheduling (RNs, LPNs & CNAs), working with two direct reports to provide integral staffing and scheduling support, delivering on our Mission of caring for all, especially those who are most vulnerable. In this role, you'll grow relationships with our caregivers and agency partners - from interviewing candidates to ensuring they're supported daily. You'll build relationships with our nursing staff, providing guidance in a union and non-union environment. As a member of our senior leadership team, you'll be expected to collaborate with other department managers to ensure the quality care we're known for.
