TEKsystems Mechanical Engineer III in Seattle, Washington

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 11 month contract

Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in 3D printing technology and new product development to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes with a focus on 3D printing and rapid prototyping. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in process engineering hands-on experience with various 3D printing technologies and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high product quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

• Knowledge of MCAD software 3D modeling and 2D drafting

• Experience in project management

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Scale Manufacturing experience

• Manufacturing Execution System MES deployment and execution

• Product Life Cycle Management PLM deployment and execution

PREFERRED SKILLS

• FlexSim or experience with similar production simulation tools

• Solid Works

• SLS 3D printing failure mode analysis

• Root Cause Analysis and DOE creation and execution
