This is our first Partner Enablement role at Figma and we're looking for an experienced Enabler to help shape and build out our strategy while getting hands-on with our current and future partners. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy including enablement programs, training sessions, and certifications to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities Develop a scalable onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and quick ramp-up time Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality enablement materials, including training guides, playbooks, webinars, and workshops Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partners, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to help them achieve their goals Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs while identifying areas for improvement and success stories Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and the partner management team Work closely with the partner management team to understand partner needs and challenges Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3+ years creating and delivering training programs for sales teams and/or partners 3+ years working directly with various types of partners (resellers, services, technology, etc) Experience building out a Partner Enablement program from the ground up Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs at scale Proven ability to define and track key performance (KPIs) for partner success Experience creating materials that help partners market our products effectively While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Experience in a customer facing role Enablement or program management certification Design experience or experience using Figma At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
