mission is to apply technology to accelerate that growth through best-in-class software engineering, data engineering, and business intelligence.

As part of the SE&I team our goal is to deliver best-in-class products anddata solutions to improve the experience of Advertisers worldwide. We are

building next gen products in areas such as deals and incentives powered by AI.

Our products will revolutionize how our Advertisers consume and benefit using the right media mix that matches their objectives and empower

Agencies, Partners and Sellers to engage with our Advertisers backed with insights and data operating at scale. As a Principal Product Manager on the SE&I team at Amazon Ads, your day revolves

around crafting delightful customer experiences through innovative products

focused on improving a customer’s brand presence, advertising reach and

personalization. You will leverage generative AI and machine learning to revolutionize how customers benefit from Advertising solutions. Your day will

involve leading the development of cutting-edge products that seamlessly integrate with other Ads products in serving up the right deals

and incentives for our customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work back from customer use cases to create AI-driven solutions are scalable, reliable, and responsible, while

continuously innovating to deliver delightful customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
