If so, the AB Third Party (AB3P) Canada team is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager to lead Selection, Pricing and other products

In this role, you will work closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and Sellers. Your objective will be to define the right customer experience, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and drive new feature/ tool adoption across Sellers. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product, Tech, Sales, Consumer, AB Customer Marketing, Legal, PR and other teams - as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. This role requires an analytical GTM lead with a granular understanding of how to align AB3P Canada offerings to 3P Seller objectives, while constantly adjusting based on industry trends and feedback from Sellers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business, is metrics and data driven, has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. As a leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business.

Key job responsibilities

o Develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of existing and new products/ features.

o Collaborate with partner team to enable cross border parity between US↔ CA for Amazon Business (B2B) Features.

o Design strategy for domestic Canada sellers to sell more on Amazon Business (B2B).

o Build reporting to track progress towards Selection and Pricing adoption.

o Own metrics reported in QBRs presented to VPs.

o Engage with Sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect Voice of Seller feedback.

o Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

  • Experience (6+ years) building and executing GTM strategies, program management, or product management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
