Lambert Stoneworks Project Manager-Tile Industry Experience only in Seattle, Washington

With over 30 years of experience, Lambert Stoneworks is a premier tile, masonry, slab fabricator and installer in the Northwest. We also specialize in dimensional stone. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the organization of client relationships and amazing projects.  Through our locations in both Seattle, WA and Sun Valley, ID, we create lasting relationships in both regions.

ROLE:

As a Project Manager your role is that of a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. Managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.  As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.  You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the construction industry
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • CAD

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture preferred
