PACE Staffing Network Receiving Clerk in Seattle, Washington

Our client in Seattle is seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to manage incoming shipments, maintain inventory records, and communicate effectively with both internal team members and external vendors. What You'll be Doing...

·       Provide customer service to internal team members and over 200 external vendors. You'll do this by developing great relationships and being a friendly, helpful resource!

·       Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt

·       Post incoming inventory items into internal accounting software system

·       Reconcile packing slips with vendor invoices

·       Process return to vendor items

·       Work with internal staff to resolve pricing and other issues on vendor invoices

·       Communicate with vendors to resolve pricing and other invoicing issues

·       Routine filing

·       Fill in for Receptionist during breaks/time off.

 

 

 

Job Details:

  • Direct Hire Opportunity
  • Pay Rate: $25 per hour
  • Benefits package includes: 8 paid holidays per year, 2 weeks paid vacation after one year, fully employer paid Health/Dental/Vision/LTD insurance (Employee only. Spouse/dependent insurance paid for by employee), annual profit-sharing bonus, and 401K plan
  • Work Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
  • 100% onsite -- Seattle, WA

     

     

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

·       2-3 years of previous experience with inventory receiving, tracking, purchase order management and vendor invoice entry

·       Proven track record of reliability and good attendance

·       Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger posting, previous experience with Accounts Payable processes is preferred

·       Must be detail-oriented and work with a high-level of accuracy

·       Strong communication skills as you will be interfacing with vendors as well as internal team members

·       Use of intermediate MS Office skills and 10-key

·       Exceptional time management and organization skills. You are self-motivated and can be depended on to get your work done!
