The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is looking for an energetic sales leader to lead the national team of Region Account Managers and/or Sr Region Account Managers. This position will be under the direction of the VP of Marketing and Business Manager.

- - Utilize knowledge from industry-leading training to lead a national team of salespeople to achieve their sales goals.
- - Perform inspections.
- - Present proposals and assist in closing sales.
- - Identify and create sales opportunities to drive new sales revenue resources.
- - Attract, develop, and retain employees through effective recruiting, ongoing training, and continuous development.
- - Analyze business trend to provide direction for growth.
- - Partner will field operations to retain and penetrate current customer accounts.
