Amazon Sales Operations Manager, Strategic Account Services (SAS) in Seattle, Washington

Description

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.

We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations (Ops) Manager to help lead 1) improving reporting mechanisms, 2) sales processes, and 3) drive enrollments forecasting and alignment.

Key job responsibilities

• Author and deliver executive level business reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews

• Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, Quip, Salesforce, and other data management systems.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity

• Manage pipeline operations and identify opportunities for 1) sales ops and onboarding automation, 2) system (CRM) improvements and 3) data hygiene

• Simultaneously develop and manage detailed roadmaps for multiple projects

• Support strategic planning that focuses on driving process improvements and customer experience enhancements

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, and support related projects as needed

• Innovating to improve customer experience

Seattle, WA, USA

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Experience in using and creating reporting in Tableau or other BI tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
