Slalom LLC Salesforce Technical Architect - Seattle in Seattle, Washington

Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Seattle Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Seattle office up to 5 days a week. Who You Are You are the Senior Consultant, Salesforce subject matter expert, focused on the architecture of scalable, performance-driven solutions, and ensuring the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. What You'll Do * Collaborate with project leads and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, and set and manage expectations * Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape * Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states * Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of multiple work streams; leading architects on the ground in their day-to-day work but also willing to roll up his/her sleeves and be hands-on in solution design * Follow and help define coding standards * Support Dev Leads in code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed * Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation * Manage client expectations * Identifies opportunities for growth and maturation of Salesforce.com{target="blank" rel="noopener"} offerings * Maintains awareness of industry best practices and business levers for cloud offerings and understands how Slalom practice areas interact What You'll Bring * Expert-level experience with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud * Expert-level technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com{target="blank" rel="noopener"} architecture and APIs * Experience guiding clients in their overall technology strategy in order to achieve their business objectives * Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices * Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture * Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) * Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.) * Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best pr To v
