Slalom LLC Senior Advisor - Organizational Transformation in Seattle, Washington

*This role is not eligible for 100% remote work and employees must live within a commutable distance of the Seattle area, where the role is based. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Thought Partner on a contract basis to support our client's organizational transformation. You will provide strategic advice, assess risks, and guide the HR process during this transition. This role requires an experienced HR executive with prior consulting experience and extensive experience in leading restructures. What You'll Do * Provide high-level strategic advice. * Identify and mitigate potential risks. * Advise the executive team on decision-making. * Lead and support the transformation process. * Align restructuring efforts with strategic goals. * Ensure project milestones and objectives are met. * Lead change management initiatives. * Collaborate with internal teams to streamline HR processes and optimize efficiency. What You'll Bring * Proven experience as a senior HR executive * Prior consulting experience. * Extensive experience in leading and managing organizational restructures. * Strong strategic thinking and risk assessment capabilities. * Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior executives. * Expertise in change management and HR process optimization. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. * Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
