lululemon USA Inc. Senior Business Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Senior Business Analyst, lululemon usa inc., Seattle, WA. Capture high level business requirements and translation into detailed business requirements and actionable functional specifications. Align with Program, Product and business stakeholders on dependencies, delivery and scope. Act as a subject matter expert in business processes and systems flow within the functional area. Partner with Quality Assurance and Development members to validate new features & enhancements, issue tracking and assists in deployment. Prepare and deliver user training and documentation for relevant processes, systems, and projects. Gather experience and functional requirements. Help business owner and/or product manager groom backlog, including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements. Utilize artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessions.

100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience as a business analyst.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following:

  • Applications delivery;
  • Working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies;
  • Working with business and technology stakeholders to fulfil project needs.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in all of the following:

  • Providing requirements for medium to large Information Technology initiatives
  • Translating strategy into feature development roadmaps

Must have 2 years of experience with AWS.

Must have 1 year of systems delivery experience in the retail industry, including eCommerce and Mobile Apps delivery based on iOS.

Must have 1 year of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Compensation and Benefits Package For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $162,531.00 -- $182,531.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
