Job Summary: As the Senior Data Analytics Manager at WaFd Bank, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for delivering data and analytical insights that inform and shape the bank's business decisions and strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership of the data department, developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals while acting as a bridge between your team and the broader business. Your leadership will drive the expansion of WaFd's data literacy by championing the power of data, high-quality analytics, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. This role demands a hands-on approach, as you will guide your team and actively participate in building data models and analytics.
