Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! We are seeking an analytical, creative, and forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join our team. This position will drive critical initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights provided to business leadership. The individual should possess excellent financial acumen and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We're looking for someone with a passion for mission as you work daily with key stakeholders within the program and finance teams. You'll drive analysis, process improvement, and reporting towards financial and programmatic decisions that directly impact the history of space exploration! Passion for our mission and vision is required! Ability to work full time on site is required - relocation provided. Responsibilities: Collaborate cross functionally to collect, document and communicate business requirements to solve ambiguous and complex issues, ensuring a systematic approach to all critical issues Creation of content and ability to present data to support program, financial, and operations reviews Work with customer-partners and domain specialists to generate financial data reporting to facilitate key business decisions Design, develop and maintain user-friendly financial dashboards and reporting that will support our business partner's financial needs Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization Data mining across diverse data sets Stay in sync with stated deadlines and ensure appropriate actions are driven in relation to business function forecasts. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other analytical field 8+ years of experience in business or data analysis with a finance focus Intermediate experience with data mining using SQL Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Power Query and Power Pivot) Experience with data mining across diverse data sets Excellent written communication and presentation skills and ability to converse with non-technical business partners Highly skilled collaborator and influencer capable of interacting with multiple business partners and team members. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired: Tableau proficiency Experience leading or mentoring others Expert level SQL experience Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $125,228-$175,318 Other site ranges may differ Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
