This position will drive critical initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights provided to business leadership. The individual should possess excellent financial acumen and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate cross functionally to collect, document and communicate business requirements to solve ambiguous and complex issues, ensuring a systematic approach to all critical issues Creation of content and ability to present data to support program, financial, and operations reviews Work with customer-partners and domain specialists to generate financial data reporting to facilitate key business decisions Design, develop and maintain user-friendly financial dashboards and reporting that will support our business partner's financial needs Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization Data mining across diverse data sets Stay in sync with stated deadlines and ensure appropriate actions are driven in relation to business function forecasts. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other analytical field 8+ years of experience in business or data analysis with a finance focus Intermediate experience with data mining using SQL Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Power Query and Power Pivot) Experience with data mining across diverse data sets Excellent written communication and presentation skills and ability to converse with non-technical business partners Highly skilled collaborator and influencer capable of interacting with multiple business partners and team members.
