The Senior Manager TLA of Loyalty Partnerships will manage and optimize our loyalty partnerships including leading key strategic growth and innovation strategies and supporting the development of our partnership roadmap. This role will orchestrate key program objectives to deliver compelling and lasting business impact and superior customer experiences.
To accelerate the work that this 6-month TLA will lead, we are prioritizing applications from partners currently within the Global Brand function for this opportunity.
As a Senior Manager of Loyalty Partnerships , you will…
· Partnership Lead: owns loyalty partnership strategy for one (or more) strategic partners with a focus on growth, building the brand, and achieving financial objectives.
· Strategic Thinker: leverages a variety of tools and resources, including customer insights, data and financial metrics, and cross-functional subject matter expertise to help land the overall program strategy to meet or exceed program expectations.
· Cross-functional leader: builds relationships spanning external partners, internal loyalty leads, technology, and marketing execution teams to independently lead towards decisions with measurable impact.
- Independently develops, manages and executes on strategies with a keen focus on optimizations to better meet goals.Able to analyze results and marketplace to determine changes and responsible for reporting back on those results. Flags escalations but can largely navigate tough conversations to get to resolution.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· 5-7 years experience Progressive experience in strategy consulting, business development, marketing, or program management
· Creative with the ability to think big and outside the box to envision ideas that can meet Starbucks and partner objectives and push the boundaries in an ambiguous environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across a very matrixed organization as well as with external partners.
· Superlative communication and presentation skills. Persuasive, inspiring communicator of ideas.
· Strong analytical skills; comfortable with syndicated data and pulling insights from data
- Loyalty experience preferred
