Prime Video Marketing is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the development of the marketing portfolio plan, providing a service level view of Prime Video’s campaign priorities across content, brand, and sports for a rolling 12-months. With a bird’s-eye view, this candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges within the portfolio mapping to deliver against marketing goals and maintain audience journeys. A strong candidate will have a foundational understanding of marketing strategy development and channel planning. They are comfortable working autonomously, yet effective at partnering cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Success is dependent on the candidate having a critical eye on the near future, using marketing levers to drive business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

• Steward the development of the marketing portfolio plan, sourcing input from decentralized marketing teams to provide leadership a comprehensive view of all marketing initiatives

• Own the dissemination of the portfolio plans to key stakeholders, providing an understanding of a campaign’s role within the larger portfolio to inform campaign specific plan development

• Participate in weekly and monthly optimization forums, representing service level considerations for changing inputs, marketplace factors, and platform/campaign performance

• Manage portfolio plan documentation and routine refreshes, including a roadmap at a weekly grain that captures content, campaign, and channel level details

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience developing executive level summaries with a high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
