Qualtrics, LLC seeks Senior Network Engineer in Seattle, WA.

Duties: Expand and operationally support cloud/on-prem network presence using automation first mindset. Implementation and operation of the cloud and on-prem network infrastructure and services. Facilitate major network projects to support capacity growth, upgrades, and new products/features, and integration using automation tools. Develop customized monitoring and alerting solutions to get proactive alerts. Practice and advocate for infrastructure engineering best practices like GitOps, Infrastructure As Code (IaaC). Triage, analyze, and perform root cause analysis for network-related issues. Ensure compliance with change control processes and adherence to standards. Create and maintain complex network documentation.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of experience.

Requires any amount of experience in all of the following:

• Dynamic IP Routing Protocols (BGP and OSPF)
• Linux/Unix administration and programming (Ansible, Python, Bash, and Terraform)
• Distributed/redundant DNS administration
• Basic networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, IPSec, NAT, DNS, DHCP, Security and Network Design)
• Documentation including creating and maintaining network diagrams

• Troubleshooting
